The user wants to know they can trust the brand
This guideline accommodates for the customer to gain trust and loyalty towards the brand.

Customers who trust you will not only return to you in the future, but are also more likely to recommend your brand to friends and family. Trust has been shown to be one of the main reason customers will continue doing business with a certain brand which eventually can help in building a strong relationship with that brand.

Guidelines

 

Respect the customers’ integrity

  • In a society where more and more information is transferred online for authorities to take part in, the demand on higher data security is increasing. It is therefore very important that the brand respects the customers’ integrity and matches its policy with the GDPR, General Data Protection Regulation.

 

Make sure to deliver on your promises

  • Disappointment often comes with broken promises so make sure you can live up to what has been promised to the customer. In cases of uncertainty, it is better to set expectations low and impress with something more than expected.

Build customer relations on mutual trust

  • It will be hard for customers to value your brand if your brand does not show they value them.

 

Allow privacy when interacting within the showroom

  • Make sure visitors do not feel observed or monitored when in the showroom as this causes a strained atmosphere which is not ideal for making people feel comfortable.
